How we verify you

Call from the mobile number registered on your tenancy and you're verified straight away.

Your tenant ID (for example T-1001) is printed on your tenancy contract and on every rent receipt.

Give your community and unit number, for example "Marina Heights 1204" or "MH-1204".

Report a problem any time. You get a ticket number, a priority and a technician visit window straight away.

Emergency · within 4 hours

Water leaks, flooding, power failure, sparks, gas smell, no water, locked out. Emergency line: +971 4 555 0199

Urgent · within 24 hours

AC not cooling, blocked toilet, appliance failure, no hot water.

Routine · within 72 hours

Dripping taps, carpentry, light fittings, painting touch-ups, pest control, replacement access cards.

We'll remind you by SMS 7 days and 1 day before each cheque is deposited. Contact customer care for your cheque schedule or outstanding balance.

Settle within 7 days by bank transfer, card or a replacement cheque. The returned-cheque fee is AED 500. Details

Renewal offers are sent 90 days before your lease ends, and rent changes follow the RERA rental index.

We send your renewal offer 90 days before your lease ends, with your new rent calculated using the RERA rental index.

Accept by phone, email or online chat and choose 1, 2, 4 or 6 cheques. You'll get a renewal reference.

E-sign the renewal contract. We register Ejari (AED 220). The renewal fee is AED 525 including VAT.
