Move-in and move-out elevator reservations
Reserve the freight elevator and loading area before moving furniture in or out.
Every MAK Homes community needs a move reservation to protect elevators, hallways and other residents.
How to reserve
- Reserve through the tenant portal, by chat, or at the management office at least 3 business days before your move.
- Include the moving company name, a copy of the mover's certificate of insurance, and your preferred time slot.
- Move-in reservations are free. Move-out reservations are confirmed once your final rent is paid.

Moves are not allowed on Sundays or public holidays.
Refundable elevator deposit
A refundable elevator deposit of $250 applies in Harbor View and Riverside Lofts. It is returned after the elevator and hallway inspection.
