Setting up utilities
Which utilities you set up in your own name, and which are included in your rent.
Before you move in, set up the utilities that are billed to you directly. Have the accounts active from your lease start date.
Utilities in your name

| Internet and TV | You | All MAK Homes buildings are pre-wired for fiber. Choose any provider serving the building. |

Included in your rent
- Water, sewer and trash are included in all MAK Homes communities.
- Heating and cooling in MAK Harbor View and MAK Cedar Park runs on a central building system and is included. In MAK Maple Grove and MAK Riverside Lofts, each home has its own HVAC unit on your electricity bill.
Moving out
Schedule a final meter reading with your electricity (and gas) provider for your move-out date, and send us the final bill confirmation. We need it before we can refund your security deposit.
