Scheduled treatments
Common areas in all MAK Homes communities are treated every month. Apartments are treated twice a year on Plus and Premium AMC properties.
On-request treatment
Report pests (cockroaches, ants, bed bugs or rodents) as a routine maintenance request. The response time is 72 hours.
- General treatment: free for tenants of AMC-covered units, otherwise $75
- Bed-bug treatment (two visits): $250
Preparing for a treatment
- Store food and utensils in closed cabinets
- Keep children and pets out of the home for 2 hours after the treatment
- Ventilate the home once you return
