Community rules
- Pets are welcome in Palm Gardens subject to the pet policy (max two pets, registered with management).
- Townhouse gardens must be maintained by the tenant; watering times 05:00–08:00 and 18:00–21:00.
- Quiet hours 22:00–07:00.
- Commercial vehicles cannot park inside the community overnight.
