- Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00.
- Balcony barbecues and drying laundry on balconies are not permitted.
- Move-ins and move-outs are allowed Saturday–Thursday, 08:00–18:00, with a move permit.
- Short-term holiday letting is not allowed without DTCM approval and management consent.
