Cheques, bank transfer and card payments — and how to check when your next cheque is due.
Payment options
- Post-dated cheques (most common): 1, 2, 4 or 6 cheques per year, dated in line with your lease.
- Bank transfer to the MAK Homes client account. Always quote your tenant ID (for example T-1001) in the reference.
- Credit or debit card on the tenant portal. A 2% processing fee applies.
Upcoming cheques
We deposit each cheque on its due date. You'll receive an SMS reminder 7 days and 1 day before each deposit.
To check your next payment, contact customer care. We'll give you the cheque number, bank, amount and deposit date.
Receipts
A receipt is emailed automatically once each payment clears.
