Which communities allow pets, and the rules for registering them.

Rules
- A maximum of two pets per home
- Register each pet with the management office and provide its vaccination record from your vet
- Dogs must be on a leash in all common areas and are not allowed in pools or fitness centers
- A refundable $300 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent apply per pet
- Owners must clean up after their pets. A $100 fine applies for pet waste left in common areas
Service animals and support animals are not pets, and these rules and fees don't apply to them.
